Location: Onsite 5x per week in Tampa, FL
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000

JOB DESCRIPTION
A defense contracting company is looking for a proposal coordinator to join their proposal/capture team. The candidate will be supporting a Sr Proposal Manager and helping to manage RFP efforts. They will be responsible for technical writing and creating responses for IT solicitations. The ideal candidate is hungry to grow their career and take on new tasks as they grow alongside the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Writing or relevant work/education experience
- Great writing skills -
Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Problem solver mentality and ability to learn new skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- In depth experience working on federal proposals
- Experience with Federal Contracts either DOD or FedCiv
